The Birds Conference is a retreat festival inspired by the work Mantek-ut-tayr of the Persian Sufi Poet Feriduddin Attar.
This unique gathering is created to internalize the magnificent allegorical story of the seeker who embarks on a journey towards enlightenment, passing through 7 valleys of love, representing the stages of the great quest to find the legendary king of birds, Simurg.
By bringing together the different colors of birds and embracing the cultural diversity of friends from all over the world who resonate with this special call, the Birds Conference, which has been forming an ever-growing Tribe every year, aims to share the Sacred Sufi Teachings passed down from Enlightened Masters to the present day and many different Ancient practices. It is designed to inspire people to come together and walk beautiful paths towards the divine.
