Cancellation and Refund Conditions
For cancellation or refund;
- If notified 30 days in advance, the full fee will be refunded,
- If notified between 30 days and 15 days in advance, 30% of the fee will be refunded.
Refunds will be made to participants excluding expenses arising from mandatory legal obligations such as taxes, fees, and similar liabilities.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations and refund requests made less than 15 days before the event.
The remaining amount must be completed before the event date, with a minimum down payment of 10,000 TL.
